Our business history begins in 2023 when, after gaining 20 years of experience in managing luxury hotels, the restaurant industry, and the distribution business, our group decided to enter the development sector and selected a suitable, peaceful, and promising location for growth.

In order for our homes to be the beginning of a peaceful and comfortable life for you, we have transferred our high-class project creation and management experience to the construction sector, ensuring sustainable quality and comfort. The project’s execution has been planned with durable, long-lasting materials and service instruments. This is how we began a new story, and "History" was born, with our first project in the development sector located at 38 Moscow Avenue.
